During the pandemic our usual response notifications may be longer.  This is due to our resources being diverted away from the usual compliance, as we prioritise other areas during this extraordinary period.

welcome to

Hazelbury Primary School

Hazelbury are proud to be part of the Enfield Learning Trust, where everyone strives to ensure that all our pupils achieve more than they ever believed possible. At Hazelbury we pride ourselves on the excellent skills of our staff, who  provide high quality teaching and learning experiences and always go the extra mile to ensure our children succeed. Children lead their own learning in an enriched, creative curriculum centered around citizenship. Our  pupils feel valued and respected as we are a Rights Respecting School with our own Hazelbury parliament that promotes pupil voice. Through our values, we encourage independence and resilience, building valuable skills for learning. The wellbeing of our children and staff is paramount and our embedded ethos of growth mindset and mindfulness, as well as the way in which we work ensures that this is always a high priority. Children are given opportunities to learn outside of the classroom in our expansive space that includes a farm, orchard, pond and outdoor gym. We encourage children to experience the wider world and use our very own Hazelbury Primary School mini-buses for school trips. We also enhance our learning by using Apple Mac technology throughout the school, ensuring our children are prepared for the future.
